Is prior booking required for the Aronee Hill Station Sunset & Campfire package?
Yes, prior booking is required as it is a private property with limited access to ensure a peaceful and exclusive experience.

Tea, snacks, and dinner are available on request and are chargeable. Please confirm meal requirements at the time of booking.

Guests can make payments through the following modes:

Rates are valid for both Indian and Foreign Nationals. For any specific requirements or clarifications, kindly contact your travel advisor.

The standard check-in time at Aronee Hill Station is 5:30 PM, and check-out is scheduled for 8:00 PM. Any request for early check-in or late check-out will be considered based on availability and is subject to the discretion of the Tour Manager.

Please note, certain view points or activity areas at Aronee Hill Station may vary depending on local conditions or operational requirements.

For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed, and it should reach the guest within 10 working days of processing.

Kannur Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to factors such as Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, traffic, overbooking,place of visit closures/restrictions, etc. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible, but Kannur Travels will not be liable for refunds or compensation in such cases.

The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges applicable during New Year, Christmas, or other festive occasions. Aronee Tours & Travels will make every effort to inform guests about such charges at the time of booking; however, these details may not always be available in advance.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur.

1. Weather Conditions & Natural Factors
   All activities are subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of rain or unforeseen circumstances, certain experiences such as campfire or sunset viewing may be affected.
2. Advance Booking Requirement
   Guests are advised to book in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends, holidays, and festive seasons.
3. Children Policy
   Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Activities like trekking and campfire are not suitable for very young children.
4. Food & Beverage Pre-Order
   Tea snacks, dinner, and welcome drinks are optional and chargeable. These must be pre-ordered at the time of booking to ensure smooth arrangements. All payments related to food and beverages will be collected at the time of booking itself.
5. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
   Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Aronee Hill Station management is not liable for any loss or damage.
6. Transport Timing
   Transport vehicles are scheduled to reach the hill station gate by 5:30 PM. Delays from the guest’s side may reduce activity time.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   Aronee Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay arising from natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control.
